Interparfums has added to jewelry brand Boucheron’s fragrance collection with Cuir de Venise, a fragrance inspired by the Italian city’s leatherworking tradition.
Cuir de Venise, the latest scent in Boucheron’s fragrance line-up, is a woody, leathery EdP. Created by Michel Almairac and Clément Marx (Robertet), it contains notes of guaiac wood, patchouli and cocoa absolute.
Like the other fragrances in the jewelry brand’s collection, the scent is housed in the same cylindrical bottle (Heinz Glas) with a metal plate (Mill) on the facing. The zamak-weighted white PBT cap (PVL Beauté) features gold galvanized ABS plates, one of which is engraved with the Boucheron Paris logo.
The design of the gold galvanized ABS collar (PVL Beauté) is inspired by Boucheron's iconic double-godron motif.
The fragrance is nestled in a white and gold coffret sporting a grosgrain ribbon to facilitate opening. Made from 1.5mm thick recycled paperboard - the cover of the box is sheathed in FSC-certified uncoated paper with gold hot-stamped and embossed detailing, while the paper base is sheathed in a silver polyester film printed gold.
Launching in April, the 125ml EdP retails at €210.
