‘One-stop service’, according to B.I. Industrial

With 20 years’ experience in glass design and production, B.I. Industrial has earned the trust of top fragrance and beauty brands. The one-stop solution provider of high-end perfume glass bottles adjusts the performance of its lines to match requirements in quality, efficiency, and respect for the environment.

“Global demand continues to grow for our high-quality glass perfume bottles,” notes David Chen, General Manager of B.I. Industrial. As glass production is a demanding process, becoming an expert requires several years of practice before reaching the technological level and capabilities necessary to be an expert and reliable supplier for major global brands.

Efficient and responsible production

With 20 years of experience, B.I. Industrial currently has a production area of 25.000m2. Its new furnace, operational since 2020, can produce 85 tons per day. Six automatic production lines and one semi-automatic line help maximize efficiency. “Our daily production now reaches 300.000 glass bottles,” says Chen.

The annual output is 200 million units. This new equipment is also less energy-consuming as B.I. Packaging uses an environmentally friendly energy source. “We have a responsible approach as we use natural gas for our energy needs, and are investing in renewable energies,” he continues. The company also uses environmentally friendly materials such as glass, aluminum, or PLA, and incorporates a significant portion of cullet into its products, all in compliance with FDA, REACH Compliance and Heavy Metals certifications. “We plan to upgrade our facilities every 5 to 8 years to meet market demand,” he notes.

A global one-stop service

Today, the major brands working with B.I. Industrial have a wide choice of thousands of existing perfume packaging to innovate. Each solution is customizable thanks to the expert designers at B.I. Industrial. In the workshop, numerous technologies are on offer, from the most classic such as coating, screen printing and hot stamping, to the most modern such as fire or hand polishing, plating, flocking and laser engraving.

B.I. Industrial operates a factory for glass bottles and plastic caps in Zhejiang province, where it is headquartered, and its two factories with 125 injection molding machines and 4 blowing lines. This forms the basis of its global supply network. “We not only want to provide the best in quality and design to our customers, but to ensure that they have a successful cooperation experience with us,” Chen concludes.
