Materia Viva, Fedrigoni’s latest sustainable paper collection

In a bid to expand its environmentally friendly portfolio, paper manufacturer Fedrigoni Group has launched Materia Viva, a collection of nine new “green” product lines .

The papers have a high recycled content, between 20% and 100%, and are made with natural cellulose-alternative fibers, such as cotton or hemp. The material comes from FSC certified sources and it has been revisited and improved ever since it first came into the company’s portfolio in 1996.

With up to 100% recycled fiber content, Symbol Card Eco50, Eco100 and Freelife Cento ranges are the latest additions to the Materia Viva line while the existing ranges have also been adjusted. The Arena line was enhanced by a 50% recycled content version – Arena Eco50, as well as Materica, which is now made of 20% recycled material and 10% cotton fibers along with Life, now up to 100% recycled.
