For its foundation, Lisa Eldridge opted for an oval-shaped, gold and glass pack. Unlike traditional foundation packaging, it does not have a flat base.
UK make-up artist brand Lisa Eldridge has launched Seamless Skin, a foundation available in 40 shades. The oval-shaped glass bottle (Stoelzle Masnières Parfumerie) is decorated with gold hot stamping.
For glassmaker Stoelzle, achieving the right proportions for the 30ml flacon proved a challenge: the supplier explains that “a specific process was adapted to ensure the correct distribution of the glass”. The bottle can be stood upright in its secondary packaging plinth, or lain on its side. Stoelzle says that the flacon was more than two years in the making on account of it not having a flat base.
The bottle's cap (Augros Cosmetic Packaging) made of a blend of RPET and recycled PP and is metallized gold with high solid lacquer.
Lisa Eldridge’s Seamless Skin launched in the UK in November 2021 and is rolling out to other markets this year.
