The third Rare Cask limited-edition cognac from Louis XIII is launching this summer. The black Baccarat crystal decanter is embellished with touches of gold and rhodium.
Louis XIII (Rémy Cointreau) has added a new limited-edition cognac to its Rare Cask Legacy. Launching this coming June, Rare Cask 42.1 comes a decade after the release of Rare Cask 42.6.
The decanter, which features the brands iconic dentelle edging, is hand crafted in Baccarat black crystal by 20 master craftsmen. Its neck is finely engraved with quadrilobed patterns in a nod to the fleur-de-lys emblem, and adorned with gold and rhodium details.
Marking a first for its Rare Cask editions, Louis XIII is presenting Rare Cask 42.1 as a ritual set. The decanter comes with a pair of glasses decorated with black quatrefoils, as well as a serving pipette.
Just 775 numbered decanters are available.
