French spirits brand Jules Gautret called on design agency Maison Linea to revamp its visual identity and packaging design.
For the repositioning of Jules Gautret’s cognac range, Cognac-based design agency Maison Linea set out to make the offer “more dynamic and premium” while respecting the category’s codes. Maison Linea worked on both the primary and secondary packs, as well as the brand’s new graphic signature.
The bottles (Discoglass) are adorned with facing labels (Ruel Etiquettes) featuring a cut-out “JG” monogram. For the two new references joining the existing range – Initial and Prodigue – , the brand opted for metallic labels for greater visual and tactile impact.
On the neck of the bottle, a textured label hot-stamped gold - a nod to cigar bands– juxtaposes with a blue overcap (Coliege Metalco). The Initial cognac, devoid of a neck label, sports a pewter overcap (Relvas).
