FusionPKG (Aptar Beauty + Home) is launching a string of products made using Eastman’s new Cristal One resins designed for thick-walled luxury cosmetics packaging. The resins can be used for transparent packs up to 12mm thick and include Cristal One Renew, which contains up to 50% certified recycled content generated by Eastman's molecular recycling process.
FusionPKG is using the resins for five packs, including the Max Out series within its Space Max collection that includes a skincare jar in Cristal One and a doe-foot bottle in Cristal Renew. FusionPKG also plans to work with brands on custom packaging integrating Eastman’s Cristal Renew and Cristal One resins.
