Autajon Group, French specialist in folding cartons and labels, has acquired US-based secondary packaging producer Zapp Packaging.
California-headquartered folding box specialist Zapp Packaging has joined the Packaging Division of France-based Autajon Group. The purchase strengthens family-owned Autajon’s presence in the US, which includes three production sites.
“We are pleased that Zapp Packaging has joined our Group and we are proud to be able to share our technical expertise with them. Together, we can perfect our skills. [With this acquisition] Autajon is strengthening its production capacities on the American market and opening up to new opportunities,” Autajaon CEO Gérard Autajon said in a statement.
