The white ABS lipstick case is decorated with a matte UV lacquer, then the tone-on-tone flocking applied in a checkerboard pattern. A two-piece foundation bottle cap that plays with overlaying and translucidity
- Brand: Guerlain
- Supplier: Albéa
The cap consists of a PP insert and a translucent external part in PETG. The top of the insert is engraved and hot-stamped in silver with Guerlain’s double G logo, and a gold hot-stamped border features at the base. It is assembled with the translucent external part that engraved with the brand name. Precisely lining up the two components was a feat; overlaying the translucent exterior enables the engraved logo on the insert to be seen. Hot-stamping the engraved double G on the top of the pack was a challenge given the fine engraving. The cap is finished with a transparent UV varnish.

An LDPET shrink sleeve with holographic decor adorning a 100% recycled PET bottle
- Brand: L'Oréal Paris
- Supplier: Sleever
This low-density heat-shrink sleeve is printed in seven colors on SI-TPE-G-TH /055 micron film with added holographic foil overlay. Sleever’s Metalfest product was used for decor. The major challenge lay in developing a holographic foil compatible with the technical criteria of the LDPET, enabling it to retain the three homologation characteristics required to ensure "bottle-to-bottle" recycling of the PET bottle. For the first time, the bottles were fitted with the sleeve before filling.

A six-liter bottle onto which the iconic Château Minuty 281 blue Pantone décor is reproduced
- Brand: Chateau Minuty
- Supplier: MM Design Studio
MM Design Studio worked with paint and composites specialist VN Composites on the décor of these hand-blown bottles. The décor is done with the help of a PVC paint mask. Once a primer is applied, the paint is sprayed on in a pressurized booth, after which the bottles are cured. Removing the mask was a challenge: the plastic incline cannot exceed 45° to avoid risk of breakage. The product name is applied to the bottle using transfer paper.
