In just a few days, the 24th jury for the Formes de Luxe Awards will gather to judge the products nominated for the luxury packaging industry’s premier innovation competition. The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony at LUXE PACK Monaco on Monday October 3rd at the Grimaldi Forum.
On September 9th, a jury of 11 packaging experts from leading luxury brands and design agencies will gather to judge a wealth of products in the running for a coveted Formes de Luxe Award. As you can see from the list of nominees for the 2022 edition of the Awards, brands and their supplier partners are out in force, with more than 80 entries across 18 product categories.
The jury will examine each product with five criteria in mind: what they are bringing to the market in terms of innovation, translation of the brand’s DNA, technical manufacturing challenges, product quality, aesthetic appeal and, last but not least, how they have integrated sustainability into the final product.
Winners will take home a trophy exclusively designed by Spanish graffiti artist Javier Demsky and produced by Formes de Luxe Awards partner Make a Mark, the design project launched in 2021 by Kurz, Estal and Avery Dennison.
The Awards ceremony, on Monday October 3rd at LUXE PACK Monaco’s Grimaldi Forum, will be co-hosted by Formes de Luxe and Luxe Packaging Insight Editorial Director Alissa Demorest and French journalist and producer Gérald Ariano.
