Doc Holliday Bourbon Whiskey - An ode to the Wild West

Doc Holliday Bourbon Whiskey - An ode to the Wild West

Paying homage to one of the most renowned gunslingers from the American Old West, Doc Holliday Straight Bourbon Whiskey comes in a heavy-bottomed bottle with a gunbarrel-inspired cap and a golden cowskull on the facing label.

Portugal’s ThinkBold Studio is behind the packaging design of the Doc Holliday Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey, which evokes a 19th century liquor bottle. The Jimmy Lee extra flint stock bottle from supplier Rockwood Glass is characterized by scalloped shoulders and an elongated neck. Its thick base and tapered bottom are said to be typical of the bourbon industry codes.

The label (Etiquel), fashioned to resemble aged newspaper, is digitally printed on Avery Dennison’s Fasson cotton extra white paper stock. The illustrations and surrounding text are embossed with touches of hot foil detailing, while the entire surface is embellished with micro texture and spot-varnish finished. A cold-colored bespoke zamak cowskull (Rockwood Glass) is glued to the paper label.

A black textured metal and zamak bespoke capsule (Rockwood Glass) resembling a bullet chamber with six golden bullets tops the bottle.

A single barrel straight bourbon whiskey aged for seven years, Doc Holliday is launching at the end of the year.
