The 2022 Métiers d’Art edition of Dior's L’Or de Vie celebrates the International Year of Glass. French artisan Xavier le Normand crafted the limited-edition jars housing Dior’s most exclusive skincare offer.

In a nod to the facial skincare product’s ingredients, the 2022 Métiers d’Art edition of L’Or de Vie from Dior (LVMH) comes in a handcrafted jar inspired by the vineyards at Chateau d’Yquem.

The mouth-blown jar was made by glass artisan Xavier Le Normand, who created a motif on the facing designed to evoke a cluster of grapes. From cutting and polishing to setting and chiseling, several steps were required to bring the jar to life. It is crowned with a gold-colored lid.

Launching in December, just 130 numbered pieces are available.
