An extensive network of sustainable products
Since the beginning of its activity, B.I. Industrial has been committed to a responsible approach, allowing it to create a positive impact on its environment and its ecosystem. “Our new factory is efficient when it comes to energy savings,” remarks David Chen, General Manager at B.I. Industrial. It mainly uses renewable energy and all discharged air is filtered. B.I. Industrial integrates environmentally friendly materials, such as glass, aluminum or PLA and integrates in its products a significant portion of recycled glass, a 100% recyclable and very safe material. All materials comply with FDA, REACH Compliance and Heavy Metals certifications.
B.I. Industrial’s global supply network offers an extensive range of quality products worldwide from glass bottle factory and plastic caps based in Zhejiang Province, where the head office is located. “Our glass bottle factory is equipped with seven fully automatic lines equipped with fire polish, and currently runs 120 tons a day, or around 200 million units per year. Lead time is around 6-8 weeks, depending on quantity. We have integrated all the different types of decoration, including coating, metallization, printing, transfer printing, etc.,” Chen says.
B.I. Industrial also manufactures and supplies most of the major brands with plastic products coming from two factories, which feature a total of 125 injection molding machines and four blowing lines. There are also three UV varnish coating lines providing additional decoration, such as galvanization, coating and metallization.
Finally, B.I. Industrial has an experienced R&D team as well as an advanced CNC machine. “This can help bring our client’s idea or concepts to life, from 3D printing, molding and test samples, to launching new lines in a short time frame,” he concludes.
