AI-powered skincare brand Proven launches Eye Cream Duo

San Francisco-based custom skincare brand Proven has added an Eye Cream Duo to its beauty range. Claimed to be “the world’s first personalised eye cream, the duo comes in sleek, metallized packaging in line with the brand’s minimalistic visual identity.

For the first launch since its debut in October 2019, Proven skincare has rolled out an Eye Cream Duo comprising day and night formulations. The AI-powered, "technology-first" skincare brand used its proprietary Skin Genome Project – a skincare database created using artificial intelligence – to produce personalized eye cream formulations.

Like all of Proven’s skincare, the products are housed in minimalistic packaging with metallized reflective finish. The silver jars are a stock model with modifications from Cospack. A matte satin finish is applied for the Day Eye Cream, while the Night Eye Cream features a mirror finish. White silkscreened labelling decorates the jars.

Inspired by its hexagonal logo, the brand opted for a bespoke hexagon-shaped shipping box with insert (International Paper). Made of 100% PCR cardboard, the box is fully recyclable.

The Eye Cream Duo launched in May at a subscription price of $130, while the one-time purchase price comes to $180.
